I'm a photographer born and bred in Durham, NC with stops of varying lengths in Missouri, Western North Carolina, South Africa and Brooklyn. I started my career working for newspapers and then the NBA before co-founding Inspired Storytellers to use those skills to affect positive change through storytelling. I currently tell stories of impact at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where I am also pursuing a M.A. in Digital Communications at the UNC Hussman School of Journalism and Media. My work has been exhibited at the MoMA and New York Public Library and has appeared in Garden & Gun, GQ, National Geographic, Wired, Time Magazine, PDN Emerging Photographer, Sports Illustrated, Mashable, SLAM Magazine, USA Today, The Durham Herald-Sun, Indy Week and elsewhere. Additionally, I am a licensed drone pilot.
